A psycho-educational assessment is a comprehensive assessment to assist in education and/or vocational planning. Upon the completion of a psycho-educational assessment, recommendations will be provided to help support student success

Psychological processes:
Attention Processing
Sensory Motor Processing
Auditory Processing
Phonological Processing
Cognitive Association
Cognitive Conceptualization
Cognitive Expression
Academic abilities:
Reading
Writing
Math
Social Emotional Functioning
Adaptive Functioning (if warranted)
Assessments identify any DSM-V and/ or Special Educational disabilities present such as:
Dyslexia
Dysgraphia
Dyscalculia
Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD)
Learning Disabilities (LD)
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Intellectual Disabilities (ID)
Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
Emotional Disability (i.e. depression, withdrawal, anxiety, school phobia)
Executive Functioning skills
